Lotte De Vos
Head of European Market Structure, Optiver

Lotte De Vos is head of European market structure at Optiver, where she focuses on exchange relationships and business development across the region. An expert in European cash and derivatives markets, Lotte has extensive experience partnering with exchanges and other stakeholders to launch new products and enter new markets. Lotte also contributes to formulating Optiver’s policy views in the form of consultations and whitepapers, as well as industrywide advocacy. A graduate of the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University, Lotte joined Optiver in 2020 from NN Investment Partners.

Eugen Mohr
SVP Equity & Index Sales EMEA, Eurex

Eugen Mohr started his career at Deutsche Börse / Eurex in 2007. At the exchange he had various roles in different locations. Derivatives Trading Operations in Frankfurt, Equity & Index Sales in Chicago / USA and in London / UK have been part of his journey. Eugen studied banking & finance at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and completed his studies as Dipl. Bankbetriebswirt.

Dorte Carlsen
SVP Equity & Index Sales EMEA, Eurex

Dorte is part of the Eurex Equity & Index sales team, where she is responsible for covering UK hedge funds and Nordic buyside clients. Also, she is coordinating the sales activities for Eurex’ newly launched daily options. Before starting at Eurex in 2019, Dorte held a position as director in Deutsche Bank, working with derivatives and solution sales towards institutional investors.

Carl-Johan Munch-Jensen
Head of Trading, Swissquote Bank

Having joined Swiss online banking leader Swissquote Bank in October 2022, Mr. Munch-Jensen oversees global multi asset trading across Listed and OTC markets. Prior to joining Swissquote, Mr. Munch-Jensen spend 12 years with Danish broker Saxo Bank, where he most recently held the role as Head of Electronic Trading Europe. Mr. Munch-Jensen studied Economics at the University of Copenhagen.

Russell Rhoads
PhD, CFA, Indiana University Kelley School of Business

Russell Rhoads is a faculty member at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University who also offers independent analysis of listed derivative markets. His career spans 20 years on the buyside with firms like Balyasny Asset Management and Millennium Management. Before joining Kelley, Russell taught at other universities and was head of the Options Institute at Cboe Global Markets.

Yangyang Hou
Senior Equity Derivatives Strategist, J.P. Morgan

Yangyang Hou is a Senior Equity Derivatives Strategist at J.P. Morgan. Prior to that, she spent more than ten years in various equity derivatives exotic options trading roles at Morgan Stanley, Citigroup and on the buy side. Yangyang holds degrees in engineering from Cambridge University.

Federico Borghese
Equity Index Derivatives Trader, J.P. Morgan

Federico manages the EMEA volatility light exotics book at J.P. Morgan, which includes VSTOXX futures and options. Previously he held an equity derivatives structuring role. Federico joined J.P Morgan in 2016 and holds degrees in financial mathematics and mathematics from Sorbonne Université/École Polytechnique Paris and Università di Pisa/Scuola Normale Superiore Pisa.
